Ces pactes relient des groupes appartenant à la communauté soηayphone (soηay, zarma, dandi) et des groupes appartenant à d’autres communautés linguistiques notamment les Peuls et les Touaregs. Les pactes englobent les alliances matrimoniales, des accords entre ancêtres, les cousinages à plaisanterie, le partage des responsabilités… Ce sont des aspects importants des relations intercommunautaires. Le thème est insuffisamment étudié par les études historiques. Il s’agit dans notre étude d’identifier les types de pactes sociaux et déterminer leur impact sur les relations entre les groupes. Le travail se nourrie de données provenant des travaux antérieurs, de sources d’archives et d’informations recueillies sur le terrain. Il révèle qu’une diversité de pactes sociaux unit les groupes humains de l’espace sonay-zarma-Dandi et qu’ils découlent de situations diverses et qu’ils constituent de facteurs de régulation de tensions sociales. Our study focues on social pacts and their role inregulating intergroup relations in the Sonay-Zarma-Dandi area. Thes pacts connect group belonging to the Sonay-speaking community (Sonay, Zarma, Dandi) with groups from other linguistic communities, particulary the fulani and the tuaregs. The pacts include marital alliances, agreements between ancestors joking cousinships, sharing of responsabilities. These are important aspects of intercommunity relations. The topic has been insufficently sutdied in historical research. Our study aims to identify the types of social pacts and determine their impcat on relation between groups. The work draws on data from previous studies archival sources and informations collected in the field. It reveals that a diversity of socila pacts unites humain groups in the Sonay-Zarma-dandi area, the the rise from various situations, and the that they act as factors in regulating social tension.
